The poster says something to the above person about their wish. It has to be granted, but something bad has to happen.
Then that poster makes another wish. And so on.

For example:
Starter: I wish to be older.

Poster: Granted, but you will only live one more week.

I wish for a million dollars!

Poster #2: Granted, but you will go broke in Las Vegas
(And so on)

Lets start!!!

I wish to meet Kiro for just one day.
